Customer Care/Fitter


Do you have experience working in home medical or the medical field and enjoy helping others? We are looking for a friendly and engaging professional with a passion to provide direct customer care while servicing people with home medical equipment. In this role you will assist customers with the proper selection and fit of various services. You will receive training to measure and fit patients with splints, braces, postural supports, orthopedic soft goods, and compression garments to meet the needs of every customer we serve. You will provide education and product knowledge regarding the use and benefits of the products that MedCOR Professionals offers.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers who enter the store
  • Fit customers with various home medical products such as compression garments and orthopedic soft goods
  • Educate patients about the proper use and benefit of the products we offer.
  • Complete all necessary administrative work to include insurance forms and documentation
  • Make necessary calls to both clinicians and patients to obtain any missing or required information
  • Follow up with patients to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in DME and/or a similar medical setting preferred.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word are a must.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs for inventory management.

Customer Care/Administrative Representative

We are looking for a friendly, engaging, and detailed administrative representative to work in our busy store. The right candidate will be a great team player, striving to support the customer service team with all administrative duties to service our customers with prescribed home medical products.

Responsibilities
  • Complete all necessary administrative work to include insurance forms and documentation
  • Make calls to clinicians, patients, and insurance companies to obtain required information
  • Follow up with patients to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Answering phones
  • Tracks, collects, and organizes all necessary documentation for patient files and record keeping maintenance
  • Administrative support to busy office

This position will be heavily administrative with the opportunity for customer service to be added. Our customer service team greets and fits customers with various home medical products such as compression garments and orthopedic soft goods

Home Medical Sales Support



MedCOR Professionals is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic candidate to join our growing home medical business. This developmental, junior level position will work under our Director of Sales and Territory Sales Representative in a fitter/coordinator role. This candidate must be comfortable with patient care as this is a hands-on position. This role includes a combination of both field and office work, building relationships with professional referrals sources and fitting their patients on the home medical services we provide.

Responsibilities
  • Fitting patients of referrals sources with non-narcotic pain management services including TENS (electrotherapy for pain relief), traction devices, and orthopedic soft goods
  • Coordinating in-services with doctors, physical therapists, and other providers to educate them on the services and products MedCOR Professionals offers
  • Maintaining flawless relationships with existing accounts that have been established with MedCOR for years as well as creating new relationships with potential providers
  • Providing exceptional service to professional customers and their patients
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to create and track leads for maintaining and growing business.
  • A positive attitude and a professional demeanor as we pride ourselves on our level of customer service.
  • College degree is required.
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs for inventory management.
  • This is an entry level, salaried position with an expense package. Experience in Athletic Training or Exercise Physiology community is highly encouraged.
